Reuben Mukavhi
Reubeni is a seasoned practitioner with over two decades of legal experience spanning both public and private practice. He worked extensively as a Magistrate and as Additional Master of the High Court before joining the firm. Reuben holds an LLB from the University of London, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and the full ACCA and ICSA finance qualifications.
He also has certificates in Private Equity and Financial Markets. He is a full member of ACCA and CGAI (formerly CIS) in Zimbabwe, and is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Estate Administrator.
He is a specialist in the following fields:
- Business Rescue
- Compliance and Corporate Governance Advisory
- Contracts/ structuring of transactions such as share sales, sale of businesses and assets sales
- Corporate and Commercial Law
- Estate Planning and Administration of Estates
